Do all devices get the same channels and VOD?

What devices are supported?
You can use Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), Amazon FireStick, MAG boxes, smartphones (iOS & Android), tablets, PCs, Macs, and Enigma2 receivers — all on the same subscription.
How do I add more devices to my subscription?
Simply upgrade your plan from the pricing section. Your existing login credentials work instantly on all supported devices. Contact us on WhatsApp for help migrating.
Is there a limit on how many family members can use it?
The limit is the number of simultaneous streams in your plan. A 5-device plan means any 5 devices can stream at the same time. There is no limit on how many different people use it.
Do I need different login credentials for each device?
No — you use the same M3U link or Xtream Codes login on every device. Our system allows the configured number of simultaneous connections from the same account.
Can I mix device types on the same plan?
Yes, any combination works. You can have a Smart TV in the living room, a FireStick in the bedroom, and an iPad for the kids — all streaming simultaneously on the same subscription.
What type of login credentials do I receive?
You receive both an M3U playlist URL and Xtream Codes (server URL, username, password). Both work on all devices. M3U is best for VLC/Kodi, while Xtream Codes work with IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, and most IPTV apps.
What happens if I try to use more devices than my plan allows?
If you exceed your simultaneous stream limit, the newest connection will be blocked until one of the active streams disconnects. You can disconnect a device and reconnect another instantly with the same login credentials.
Can I use my login on a device outside my home?
Yes, your login works from anywhere with an internet connection. A 5-device plan means 5 simultaneous streams worldwide — they don't need to be on the same Wi-Fi network or in the same location.
