  • The issue is verified as a service-side problem (not caused by your device or internet connection)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after successful activation and usage
  • Issues caused by incompatible devices or insufficient internet speed
  • Account sharing or credential misuse
  • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly selected. If you choose auto-renewal, you may cancel future renewals at any time through your account panel or by contacting support.

6. Reseller and Affiliate Purchases

Refunds for purchases made through resellers or affiliates must be handled through the original seller. ReflexSat IPTV is not responsible for third-party transactions.
